The Deans Bank mountain bike track is right across the river and the more challenging trails of Sticky Forest just a 10 minute bike ride away. There are mountain bike trails in four different directions offering many kilometres of single track biking for all abilities.

If food and wine is your thing, look no further than Maude wines who continues to go from strength to strength with each new vintage. The Maude Tasting Room is located on Golf Course Rd overlooking Lake Wanaka.

Just 35 minutes from gate to carpark of either of the ski fields, both Cardrona and Treble Cone offer a huge amount of terrain for all abilities. After skiing you can enjoy apres ski drinks at the Albie Tavern at Albert Town.
Fishing
World famous trout fishing at the renowned Deans Bank is just a few hundred metres away, and other water activities like swimming, jet boating, kayaking, rafting and even river surfing are all immediately accessible. In summer you’ll even see the local kids doing ‘bombs’ off the Albert Town bridge from the rear of the property.
